Granoro’s entire production process focuses on enhancing the sensory properties of the semolina and in particular the gluten, which must harness the starch so that it is not released in the cooking water, which should remain as clear as possible.
It is a premium range of pasta shapes, all of which are bronze extruded, produced using high quality durum wheat semolina (with a high percentage of protein and gluten), a complex production process and a very slow, gentle drying process.
